So, I went to the Dr. today.
I'm sure that you are thinking..why?
And why are you telling us?
Well, I figure that I can't be the only one who feels like I want to kill someone at least once a day.
Or that I am the only one who sometimes has the patience of an egg shell.
I can't be the only one.
I just can't be!
So, I'm writing about it.
I'm also going to write about the stupid scale and how it can totally ruin my day.
I am also going to tell all of you that I am super annoyed with myself because I have been doing
Weight Watchers for the past 2 1/2 weeks and I am up!
Are you kidding me?
I'm trying to be so good and exercise & not eat every sugary thing in the house.
Have I ever mentioned that I am addicted to sugar as well as Diet Coke?
Yea, it's bad.
So, there you have it.
I'm on a
diet, lifestyle change and I occasionally want to rip someones head off.
Sometimes, when I talk to some people they stress me out so much, I just want to EAT something by the time we hang up.
Usually something really, really sweet.
Say, Sweetened condensed milk?
Can I get an amen?
If you don't like sweetened condensed milk-I'm so sorry for you, but please insert something that you must eat when you are uber stressed.
If you are one of those people who want to exercise instead of eat when they are stressed...
Just don't tell me that. (not today anyway)
So, I have a couple of questions for you..
Please tell me that I am not the only one who is starting a lifestyle change, aka diet?
Also, share if you want to occasionally choke someone or throw a chair at them.
If you don't want to admit that, you had to at least giggle when read this pin..
On a totally un-joking note.

Sometimes I get overwhelmed with my life and I know that I can't be the only one who feels this way.
So, I thought if I made you feel comfortable knowing that you are not the only one who is freak, we could be better friends. :)
So, please share if you are trying to be good at this whole eating thing.
Also, feel free to share what you are doing and/or eating so you can stay on track.
We're all in this together..why not help each other out?!
