No bake cheesecake recipe cause I can't post what I really want to talk about.

How is that for the longest title ever?

So you know how I talked all about how I was going to post about the super cute book page lanterns.
Well..the super cute book page lanterns are in my moms trunk.
So...I can't take any pictures of the finished project.

So, I'm hoping that the most fabulously deliscous, 3 ingredient cheesecake recipe will make up for it.
It really is the bomb!
You don't have to bake it and you don't have to share...if you don't want to.

Grandma T's Cheesecake

1 Graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condesed milk
1 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese-you can use 1/3 less fat. DON'T buy no name cream cheese-doesn't work..AT ALL! You just got trust me on this. I am a girl who knows her cream cheese)
1/3 c. lemon juice or lime juice.

Whip cream cheese until fluffy-or no lumps, whichever comes first.
Add sweetened condensed milk-the whole can
(unless of course you want to dip your spoon it and eat a little-that is totally permitted, no encouraged)
Mix in lemon juice.
Put mixture in graham cracker crust, put on the plastic lid thing and put it in the fridge. Let set up for a couple of hours, if you can stand to wait that long.
Serve with pie filling or fresh fruit.

*remember, sharing is optional. I don't reccomend sharing. It's totally overrated!*

You need to make this, you really, really need to!
You will want to write me thank you notes and send me flowers because this cheesecake is that good!

Now, go make it.
It is totally ok to eat this for breakfast.

  1. HOW EASY! YUMMERIFIC! Cheese is a great source of protein to start out your day. I TOTALLY vote for Cheese Cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oh, and don't forget dessert :)

  2. I totally agree this is the best cheesecake ever!!!! It's so good that my brother's and I request it to be our birthday cake from our mom every year for our birthdays :)

Thanks for stopping by. Hope that my craziness might have inspired you! I would to hear what you have to say. (as long as it is nice)
